Be diligent to know the state of your flocks, And attend to your herds; For riches are not forever, Nor does a crown endure to all generations. When the hay is removed, and the tender grass shows itself, and the herds of the mountains are gathered in, The lambs will provide your clothing, And the goats the price of a field; You shall have enough goat's milk for your food, For the food of your household, And the nourishment of your maidservants. Prov. 27:23-27

My Birthday Present!

We finally went out to town and bought it yesterday...

At the same time, we got the twins bikes repaired, they are very happy too! The one that Andrew is on (right), was my birthday present when I turned 7 ! It's been through a lot of kids since then, and the white seat and tires have been replaced and are now black.

hey karen,
guess what? I got a new bike too! we went for a bike ride on tuesday and then Dad noticed that there was a bump on one of the tires of Mom's bike that I was riding cuz my old bike's too small for me and then dad said,"Let's go to Canadian Tire and get a new tire for Mom's bike" so we went, couldn't find the right tire size, and then Dad started looking at the bikes like he usually would and then he told me to try one and before i knew it, we were loading it in the trunk and taking it home! Hope you enjoy your new bike anyway!

Haha thats funny that you got one too! We didn't actually get mine at C. T., we got it at D.K.'s bike service, (I think thats what it's called) allthough we looked at C.T. first.

Some day this summer I should bike to your place and we'll buzz around town together! Sound like fun? :)
